There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 were not offered. Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 25(JUD) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSHB 25(JUD) was read the third time. The question being: "Shall CSHB 25(JUD) pass the House?"
